Personal Experience

Jessica Montoya graduated Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Ms. Montoya then attended the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School where she received her Juris Doctor degree. While in law school Ms. Montoya was a legal intern at Journey’s End Refugee Services where she provided assistance in the legal representation of refugees, asylees, and immigrant clients.

Ms. Montoya was also a participant of the Clinical Legal Education Program at the Women, Children, and Social Justice Clinic at SUNY Buffalo Law School. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
