Personal Experience

Elibany Valerio joined the firm in October 2005. She graduated with honors from Kingsboro College in Brooklyn, New York with an Associate's Degree in Legal Administration. Ms. Valerio earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from John Jay School of Criminal Justice.

She also obtained a Paralegal Certificate from CUNY's School of Professional Studies where she took specialized courses in Family Law, Labor Certifications, and Removal Proceedings. Ms. Valerio works as a senior paralegal primarily in family-based matters and detainee cases. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
